Purpose

Clairsmith's tools are free and available without signing up. These terms apply to Clairsmith's paid digital products (for example the International Freelance Kit).

Sale through an external platform

Paid products are sold through an online sales platform, which collects the payment, applies any VAT due according to the buyer's country and issues the invoice. The platform's terms apply to the payment. These terms specify what you buy from Clairsmith.

Products and licence

Each product is described on its page (content, formats). The purchase gives you a non-exclusive licence for personal and professional use: you may use and adapt the templates for your own business and your clients. You may not resell, redistribute or share them as templates, whether free of charge or not.

Price

The price is shown on the product page and on the sales platform at the time of purchase.

Delivery

The product is delivered immediately after payment, by download or by a link sent by email.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content supplied on an intangible medium whose performance has begun with your prior express consent and your express waiver of this right. By confirming the purchase, you request immediate access to the product and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal. If there is a problem (unreadable file, product not matching its description), write to [email protected]: we will find a solution, up to a refund if necessary.

The templates are provided as an aid. They do not replace legal advice suited to your situation. It is up to you to adapt them and to check that they suit your business.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
